Field Operations Leader needed for a fast growing international manufacturing, distribution and contracting company headquartered in Harford County. This position requires hands on leadership of a four to six person crew doing installations across the US and possibly oversees. The position will be responsible for job site visits, project planning and project management, customer interface before, during and after installation. Insuring quality installs is critical to the success of this role. Market place, product and competitive feedback to the company is also required.
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
- Construction Management Experience
- Sales experience
- Flooring industry knowledge preferred
- Extensive Travel in the U.S and possibly internationally
